Seeing the color causes the brain to release chemicals calming chemicals ✨🧠✨ and can aid in sending you in to a soothing sleep 💤 We also ONLY use our 4 lowest frequency crystal singing bowls 🥣🎶 because of their angelic, smooth and calming sound 👼. We played and audio mixed the bowls to have a largely consistent volume and speed of play to prevent any sudden moments of loud 💥 or quiet 🤫 that could bring you back in to a more conscious state 🚫😳 To further ensure sending you off to a blissful slumber, we've edited the video so that it slowly but surly gets darker and darker over time 🌅➡🌌. You won't notice it while watching but by the end it's completely black so that when the video stops, you're not awakened by the sudden change in light 💡 Similarly, the sound level is gradually reduced so that the crystal bowls taper off in to nothing slowly over time.
